Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental UK and EU. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Pogo Cycles are delivered 85% to 95% assembled. You will typically need to attach the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual in every box.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
What kind of warranty do you offer on electric components?
All Pogo Cycles come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear items like tires and brake pads are not included.
